Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at [info@loughsports.com] and we will be happy to assist you - We do not pay for return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

We may ask for photos of the damaged or defective item to help us better understand the issue.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

I did not receive my order

If your item is not delivered within 30 business days - we will first contact our shipping provider to confirm it has not been delivered. If your item was not delivered due to a problem with the mailing service, we can issue a full refund. However, if your item is not delivered due to a recipient error (i.e. not paying customs fee, not taking delivery etc.), we will only issue a refund for the items which are returned to in the same condition as when they were sent (No shipping costs are refunded in this situation).
